STORY

I’ve spent more than 25 years buying, selling, managing, and investing in real estate – from my first rental property in Trondheim to leadership roles in Norwegian real estate firms, and later running my own investment companies and development projects.

I’ve been involved in more than 1,000 property transactions – as an agent, buyer, and investor – over the past 25 years.

Over the years, I’ve founded several companies, advised investors, and written books that helped thousands of Norwegians get started with property investing and rentals. But after two decades of real estate businesses in Norway, I felt it was time for something new.

In 2025, my wife Eva and I relocated permanently to Marbella, Spain, to combine our passion for real estate, lifestyle, and new challenges.

A NEW CHAPTER
- 63ºNO

Here in Marbella, I founded 63ºNO as a private real estate investment platform focused on disciplined deal selection, thoughtful structuring, and controlled execution. The company is intentionally built around a selective model: a limited number of projects, a limited number of investors, and a clear emphasis on downside protection and long-term value creation.

We do not operate as a traditional brokerage, and we do not market properties publicly. All meaningful work takes place through private dialogue and carefully structured processes. Our projects typically involve acquiring, improving, and exiting residential properties in established areas, with a strong preference for repeatable execution over complexity. Quality, judgment, and risk management take precedence over speed or volume.
Our philosophy is straightforward:

Execute calmly and consistently

In a market often driven by hype and short-term thinking, I believe lasting results are created through restraint, experience, and disciplined execution over time. This is why we have chosen to collaborate with experienced actors here on the Costa Del Sol.

FROM EDUCATION TO EXECUTION

While I’ve spent much of the last five years of my career teaching others about property investing – through Eiendomshjørnet, my Utleieguiden books, and my own blog on this website – my main focus today is doing deals, not just talking about them.

I still enjoy writing and sharing insights when time allows, but my work now revolves around finding and executing the right opportunities, together with trusted investors and partners.

BEYOND BUSINESS

I believe real success comes from balance. Time for travel, friends, fitness, and adventure is just as important as time spent on projects and investments.

Eva and I share a passion for design, travel, and meaningful work. Together, we’re building a new life in Marbella – one that combines freedom, lifestyle, and purpose.
