With more than 25 years of experience across real estate investing, development, and execution, I now live and work from Marbella, focusing exclusively on real estate investments.
Through 63ºNO, I work with a limited number of investors on select projects, emphasizing disciplined deal selection, thoughtful structuring, and controlled execution. The approach is intentionally selective: fewer projects, higher standards, and a clear focus on downside protection and long-term value creation.
I do not operate as a traditional real estate broker and I do not market properties publicly. All meaningful work takes place through private dialogue, where judgment, structure, and alignment matter more than volume or speed.
My background spans large transaction volumes, operational execution, and capital structuring – combined with a long-term mindset shaped by experience rather than theory.

My story
Over the past 25 years, I’ve been involved in more than 1,000 real estate transactions – as an agent, buyer, and investor – across different market cycles.
My background spans leadership roles within established real estate agencies in Trondheim (Norway), followed by building and operating my own investment companies and executing development and trading-focused projects.
From 2019 to 2023, I co-founded and scaled MySpot Living, growing a real estate portfolio from zero to approximately NOK 150 million in value within three years. During this period, we acquired more than 210 apartments and exited over 170, primarily through trading-driven strategies combined with selected long-term holdings.
I’m also the author of the Utleieguiden book series on real estate investing, and a co-founder of Eiendomshjørnet – a member-based platform for property investors – which we built and operated for three years before selling the company to Investornytt in 2025.
Today, I focus exclusively on real estate investments from Marbella. Through 63ºNO, I work with a limited number of investors on select projects, emphasizing disciplined deal selection, thoughtful structuring, and controlled execution. I do not operate as a traditional broker, and I do not market properties publicly.
I invest personally in selected projects, ensuring alignment of interests and a clear focus on downside protection, capital preservation, and long-term value creation.
